Shipping Returns
Summer Shipping Policy
During warm weather months, May - August, we only ship candles Monday through Wednesday. This limits time in transit so that your wax does not sit over the weekend in non-air conditioned facilities. If you place your order Wednesday morning, it may not ship until the following Monday. This is a necessary step to maintain the quality of your candles. Please plan for additional fulfillment time.
Shipping
Shipping rates are determined by weight and size.
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days when summer shipping policy is not in effect. All orders ship via the method you selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address associated with your order as soon as your package is on its way to you.
Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of that email for full tracking details to populate.
Please verify your shipping address is correct during checkout. Should you use Paypal, please check your shipping address there as well.
Reign Soap Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package is "Returned to Sender", you will be asked to cover the costs to reship. Weekend Flame. is not responsible for any return shipping charges or fees.
Cancellations
To guarantee a fast processing & shipping, all orders will be started almost immediately after an order has been placed. Therefor we reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied, please send us a message at hello@weekendflame.com and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
We cannot accept returns based on your scent preference, however, if you would like to try all of our fragrances prior to making a purchase, we invite you to try one of our discovery packs.
Damaged Products
Occasionally, orders become damaged in transit. We work hard to package up everything carefully, but unfortunately, we lose control of packages as soon as they leave the studio. In the case of damaged products, save the box and merchandise and notify us at hello@weekendflame.com with the following information:
- your order number
- an image of the damaged product
- your mailing address
A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution. In most cases, a replacement is sent once the claim as been initiated & approved.
Missing Packages
Once a package has been passed off to the mail carrier Weekend Flame is no longer responsible. If a package is marked as 'Delivered', but you are unable to find it, you must reach out to your local UPS/USPS to assist with tracking it. Unfortunately we are unable to do anything on our end. The carrier will most likely request you submit a claim. Should you need any additional information from us to process the claim, we are more than happy to assist.
Natural Variations
All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients, so variations are expected. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:
Soap - You may notice small variations in weight, colors and appearance from the listing pictures or previous orders.
Candles - Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox or vice versa). These "wet spots" do not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.
Room Sprays - Different fragrance combinations mixed with our room spray base may case separation or a discolored appearance. This is normal and varies from scent to scent. It does not affect the way your spray will work or smell. Give them a shake before use, to mix everything together for the best results.
Concrete Vessels - Finished concrete color and pattern may vary from the picture or some tiny bubbles may occur due to the nature of the concrete. We always attempt to minimize these but this is part of the beauty of hand made products.
